• The fee for an initial housecall is $150, which includes the visit, exam, and consultation. If you have multiple pets, the additional exam fee is $75 per animal. Recheck visits within 30 days are $75. All other services and fees will be estimated and agreed upon.

    Emergency visits out of hours will incur an additional $50 fee.

  • New patient consults are allotted one hour, while recheck and vaccination-only appointments are allotted 30 minutes.

  • Appointments are generally available any day that Dr. Labes is in town, starting as early as 7:00am and going until 6:00pm.

    Our online scheduler will give you the most up-to-date availability. If you need a more urgent appointment, please call us.

  • Yes! While not available every night, the website will tell you whether out-of-hours emergency care is available on a given day.

  • No, we do not perform major surgeries. We will happily discuss the timing of these procedures, and help find a local hospital at the appropriate time.

  • Yes! We will treat many of your pets conditions in the comfort of home. Where the illness requires hospitalization, we will provide appropriate recommendations and referrals.

  • Yes! For existing customers, evening Tele-Medicine hours will be available for discussion of ongoing/chronic conditions. The fee is $65 for a 30 minute consult.

    Tele-Medicine is NOT a substitute for a full physical exam.

  • We partner with VetSource for most prescriptons, including specialized veterinary diets. Please use the link at the top of the page to create/login to your account.

    Shipping is free with recurring orders or those over $50, and most orders are delivered witn 1-2 days.
